What is your pricing?
Seat 36 pricing is based on scope and deliverables, not hours. Each project includes strategy, creative development, and execution — all customized for your business goals. Most clients fall into one of the standard packages, but I can tailor something specific if needed.
Do you require a contract or long-term commitment?
Yes, Seat 36 does require a simple service agreement before starting most projects. It’s not meant to be intimidating. It’s there to make sure we’re both on the same page about scope, deliverables, and timelines. The agreement protects you just as much as it protects Seat 36, and it helps everything run smoothly from start to finish.
For ongoing work, you are not locked into any long-term commitment. But Seat 36 does offer preferred pricing to those clients committing to three months (or longer) of collaboration. I recommend three months at a time based on the principles of my proven process.
When will you invoice me?
Most projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remainder due at project completion or before launch. For ongoing retainers, billing is monthly or quarterly.
Service begins on the first day of the month following a signed agreement. Seat 36 reserves the right to pause service if payment is not received by the seventh day of the month.
Seat 36 accepts all major credit cards, as well as bank transfers.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by service. A five-page website usually takes about three weeks to build, from discovery call to launch. A ten-page site takes six weeks. Ongoing content or video projects are typically delivered on a weekly or monthly schedule.
When will I start seeing results?
I guarantee you will start seeing results by the end of our first three months together.
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need your brand assets (logo, colors, photos, etc.), access to any existing platforms, and a quick kickoff call to align on goals and messaging. After that, I handle the heavy lifting.
Can you help me with strategy before we start creating content or building a site?
Definitely. Every project starts with strategy, whether that’s defining your brand message, planning your content calendar, or mapping your website structure. The clearer your strategy, the better the creative results.
For companies starting from zero, I offer brand building services to establish a solid foundation. And for those companies looking for ongoing marketing strategy and leadership, I provide part-time CMO services.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes, Seat 36 offers WordPress maintenance plans, as well as ongoing content and video marketing retainers. These packages ensure your site stays secure and your marketing stays consistent.
Will I be able to update my website or content on my own?
Yes! Seat 36 builds sites in WordPress with Elementor, so you’ll have a user-friendly dashboard to make simple edits, post blogs, or update images anytime. And if you prefer not to touch it, our content plans cover that too.
What if I’m not local to Dallas–Fort Worth?
No problem! I work with clients all over the U.S. Most of our collaboration happens virtually via email, video calls, and shared project dashboards.
