OS36 Chart

DISCOVERY PHASE

(90 minutes)

IDENTITY: Your vision, values, voice, purpose, audience, unique value proposition.
PILLARS: Your non-negotiables, highest-impact goals, and business-critical objectives.

OS36 starts by learning your company DNA. We’ll chat about your business, marketing goals, and the hurdles you face. This open exchange starts general to first help us explore fit for each other and ends specific to uncover the exact pillars of our partnership – the three to six things we must accomplish to define our collaboration as a win. Why three to six? Because when we do less, we accomplish more. That’s the power of focus.

BUILD PHASE

(up to 90 days)

BLUEPRINT: The plan for every task within the project, including owners and due dates.
EXECUTION: Our hands are in the dirt.

After a week or two, we will agree to a 90-day execution plan inclusive of deadlines and how we will measure success. Then the fun begins. Seat 36 will get to work on creating your brand and content assets. We will have bi-weekly accountability check-ins (or whatever meeting cadence you prefer) to track progress, discuss issues, and solve problems.

RETROSPECTIVE PHASE

(after 90 days)

ACCOUNTABILITY: Our look in the mirror.

This phase is a no-nonsense, honest assessment of performance. Did we do what we said we were going to do when we said we were going to do it? What worked? What did not work? Simple as that.

PERSPECTIVE PHASE

(the next 90 days)

RE-FOCUS: Our changed point of view.

In conjunction with the retrospective phase, we will meet to discuss what we need to do differently on the next iteration around the loop and create our new 90-day blueprint for continuous optimization.
